Sellers make our sale work! So to reward them, each seller is given a pass to shop the Seller Pre-Sale on Thursday, Sept 30 from 5-8 pm. In addition, sellers are given passes to the Friends and Family sale on Friday, Oct 1 from 4-7 pm to give to 2 lucky people!
In order to sell...
1) You must have a Seller ID Number to consign. If you are a past contributor, use the same ID Number. If you don’t have an ID Number or cannot remember it, please email us at

2) You must bring a completed Check-in Form to Item Drop-off. You'll find a Check-in Form in the 2010 Information Packet.
Below is a diagram for labeling your ID cards, tips on pricing and other guidelines so please read them carefully:
LABELING
Use WHOLE index cards VERTICALLY. Cards MUST be filled out according to diagram. Horizontal cards will not be accepted.
Pin card to TOP, RIGHT corner of garment, when it is facing you. (this enables us to simply cut the card at check-out) No STRAIGHT PINS PLEASE.
Hang clothes on appropriate-sized hangers facing LEFT like a “?” mark.
Hang all garments so the total piece/set can be seen without unfolding or removing part of the set.
Pin pants AT WAIST to hanger. DO NOT fold over hanger.
SIZING
Preemie, Newborn, 3m, 6m, 9m, 12m, 18m, 24m, 2t, 3t, 4, 5, 6, 6x, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 20.
Only use S, M, L, & XL for maternity clothes.
PRICING
Price items ONLY in $.50 units ($5.00, $5.50, etc.)
Price to sell! Even the newest items should not be priced more than ½ the original retail price. To determine an appropriate price, start at ½ price & work your way down according to age/wear. 1/3 of retail price is a good target range.
OTHER TIPS
We strongly suggest placing your ID # on a piece of masking tape & placing it inside garment/item in case your card falls off.
Place any loose pieces/parts in a Ziploc bag and SECURELY fasten the bag (clear packing tape, rubber band, safety pin, etc.) to main item. Place other items, (shoes, etc.) in Ziploc bags with a completed card in each bag. Do not put multiple Pajamas and Onesies in a Ziploc bag.
If you want your items to be sold at the ½ price sale, draw a red dot above the price on the card of those items. If you don’t want it sold for ½ price, feel free to write “ND” (no discount) above the price.
If there is a small flaw on your item, we will accept it ONLY if it is noted in your description. Price accordingly.
No STUFFED animals; they just don’t sell. The only exception are Webkinz with a sealed code.
Limit 5 screen-printed t-shirts (ex-Atlanta Braves, Nascar) and 5 maternity items and pairs of shoes.
