Our sale couldn't survive without volunteers so in return, we reward our friends by letting them shop before the sale opens to the public! Here are our volunteer guidelines:

The sale is organized and broken down into 3 hour shifts. The amount of hours you work determines when you get to shop.

ALL volunteers may shop the Volunteer Pre-sale on Wednesday, Sept 29.  Those volunteering for 6 hours (2 “Critical Coverage” Shifts) will shop at 6:15 pm and those working 3 hours (1 shift) will shop at 7:30 pm.  We also have a level called Team Members; these volunteers have worked the sale for several years and have an excellent work history.  They are selected by organizers prior to the sale.

BECOMING A VOLUNTEER…
We begin accepting volunteers Tuesday, Sept 7 at 10 am by email only. We place you on a first-come, first-served basis. E-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it & include the following:

Name, phone number and Seller ID # (if you’re a seller). 3 possible shifts you are available AND number of shifts you prefer to work (1 or 2). Include “Volunteer” in the subject of your email. Note that some slots fill quickly.

*“CRITICAL COVERAGE” SHIFTS…
To qualify to shop the 6-hour volunteer pre-sale or Team Member sale, you must volunteer for “Critical Coverage” shifts only. These are shifts that require a little extra effort because of the crowd or the tasks involved.
