Volunteer Sign Up begins at 8:00am on Thursday, September 25th, via the red link above.

• ALL VOLUNTEERS EARN EARLY ENTRY TO SHOP KIDS’ MARKET, prior to the ‘Seller’ pre-sale!!!
• Volunteer Sign Up begins September 25, 2025 at 8:00am.
• Returning Team Members have first priority for Volunteer sign up.
• Requests are placed on the schedule in the order they are received.
• You will receive an email with your confirmed shifts.
• Volunteers gain access to an exclusive pre-sale event, where Kids’ Market is open only to YOU!
• Our Appreciation Sale (AKA Volunteer Pre-Sale) is an evening to CELEBRATE those of you that give of your time to make Kids’ Market a success.
• You are given plenty of time to peruse the merchandise amongst a small group of like minded friends/shoppers.
• To ensure an exclusive event, it is reserved for the individual adult that volunteers…So leave the kiddos at home, plan for a fun filled night, and enjoy the benefits you have earned through your service to Kids’ Market.
• Team Members are the first to shop. They consist of volunteers with an excellent work history that give 12 hours (4 shifts) of volunteer time to Kids’ Market. One of these shifts is required during break down, at the end of the sale.
• Team Members are celebrated with a full evening to themselves at Kids’ Market on Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, from 5:30 until 8:00pm.
• Six hour Volunteers gain access to shop on Thursday, October 16th at 5:30PM.
• Three hour Volunteers enter on Thursday, October 16th at 5:45PM.

Volunteer sign up begins Thursday, September 25th at 8am.

• A. To sign up, please click the RED link above and complete the VOLUNTEER form.
• B. The information below must be included on the electronic form.
  • 1. Name
  • 2. Seller ID number
  • 3. Cell phone number and email
  • 4. The number of hours you would like to Volunteer (3, 6, or 12- Team Member)
  • 5. List the specific Volunteer shifts (dates and times) you would like to request
  • 6. Please give 3 to 4 additional date and time options, in case your first choices are full
  • 7. Volunteer Slots are awarded on a first come, first served basis
• C. Team Members must include at least one Break Down shift at the end of the sale.
• D. You will receive a email with your confirmed Volunteer schedule.
• E. If you have not received a reply within 48 hours, please resend your request, to ensure that it was received.
